On this episode of The Mini-Talks:
"Aiding the Silent" with Emma Faye Rudkin the Founder of Aid The Silent, an organization that advocates for the deaf and hard-of-hearing through resources, awareness, education, and ministry.
Have you ever felt that life was unfair? Have you been put you in a situation where you felt limited or hopeless? Have you ever felt like you didn't have a place in this world?
Then this episode is just the inspiration you need! Emma Faye lost her hearing at three-years-old. After years of resenting her situation, she found purpose in what was said to be her "disability" and turned it into her "SUPERABILITY". At only 16-years-old, Emma founded Aid The Silent. Today, Aid The Silent has grown into an international resource for deaf and hard of hearing youth and adults alike. We talk about how to overcome obstacles, find your place in the world, and turn a disadvantage into your superpower!
