Erin Pash is an experienced Therapist, Ellie Mental Health CEO, and Business Owner with demonstrated success working in the mental health care industry.

Under Erin’s leadership Ellie has become one of the fasted growing franchises in America with over 450 clinics opening in 32 states in the next few years. With more added each and every month! Erin spends her time managing the overarching strategy and guiding the senior leadership team. #Humor is her favorite core value and she gets to use in in her freshly launched YouTube show, Outloud with Erin Pash, which focuses on reducing stigma and interviewing guests with unique stories to tell.

Taking a no BS, millennial, and innovative approach to outpatient and community based services, Erin uses humor and authenticity to teach, present, and engage community stakeholders including managed care organizations and larger healthcare systems to fill gaps in mental health care.

Erin loves to engage in public speaking and offer presentations and trainings to the mental health community. She is skilled in teaching Complex Family Systems and Relational Interventions in Therapy, Clinical Supervision, Dual Diagnosis, and Conflict Resolution. Erin is a strong healthcare services professional with advanced education and training focused in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and absolutely loves her field and entrepreneurship!
